Manage the development of the Company's quality control system. Oversee the development of the Company's quality-related technical procedures. Participate in the selection and approval of personnel for the supervised department. Lead and supervise the operations of the assigned department and subordinate personnel, including task assignment, coordination of work, and staff development. Monitor compliance with the relevant parts of EPC and other contractors' quality control obligations. Control budget spending within the department and by subcontractors. Monitor compliance with work schedules. Oversee implementation, approval, review, support, consultation, and feedback on processes in accordance with the responsibility matrix. Ensure timely submission of work progress reports, when necessary. Comply with occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection requirements as established by Company regulations. Perform assignments given by immediate and senior management.

Education: Higher technical education Additional professional training: Not required Work experience: At least 5 years Special skills and knowledge: Knowledge required to perform job responsibilities: Key legislative and regulatory acts (including industrial legislation) relevant to the position; Methodological and regulatory technical documents in the relevant field; Quality management system ISO 9001, Kazakhstani and international standards such as ASME, API, AWS, EN, LEEA, etc.; Technical Regulation of the Customs Union "On Safety of Equipment Operating Under Excess Pressure" (TR CU 032/2013) and other applicable technical regulations; Order No. 358 of the Minister of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2014 — Rules for Ensuring Industrial Safety During Operation of Pressure Equipment; Principles and processes of quality control during the manufacture of new equipment, construction works, commissioning, and operational stages; Specifics of organizing inspection activities and the operations of third-party international inspection companies; Preparation of technical parts of contracts, skills for interaction with accounting departments; Internal documents regulating the operations of the Partnership applicable to the position. Skills required to perform job responsibilities: Proven skills in quality control during the production of new equipment (static, dynamic, or other types), construction, commissioning, and operation; Experience in documentation development or review related to design, non-destructive testing, welding procedure and welder qualifications, heat treatment, mechanical testing of materials, final testing and inspection, painting, insulation, shipment, logistics, incoming inspection of equipment, testing, and material certification; Communication skills with cross-functional departments (finance, accounting, design, procurement, logistics, technical supervision, etc.); Long-term planning of departmental activities and work performance analysis; Team management and communication skills; Effective time management and task coordination to achieve high performance results; Experience with tender documentation, budgeting, and budget reporting; Skills in developing quality control systems;
