Engineer, Software – Senior

A Technical Lead for a development team consisting of a .NET developer, Azure Data engineer, UX/UI designer, Angular front-end developer, and business analyst is responsible for guiding and overseeing the technical design, architecture, and implementation of projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. He provides mentorship, conducts code reviews, promotes skill development, resolves complex technical issues, and implements testing strategies. He also oversees cloud-based solutions, optimizes performance and security, and ensures a cohesive user experience by aligning front-end development with design specifications. He coordinates collaboration between various TCO Digital teams, acts as a liaison with other support team and business stakeholders, defines project scope and deliverables, monitors progress, manages risks, and ensures timely delivery while maintaining quality.

• Experiense and required skills: Strong educational background in Computer Science or related fields, with expertise in .NET frameworks, C#, Azure services, Angular front-end development, UX/UI design principles, and a solid understanding of Azure data engineering services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics. • Work experience: At least 3-5 year of relevant experience • He should have a deep knowledge of software design patterns, microservices architecture, testing frameworks, SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as version control tools like Git. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum, along with experience in APIs, RESTful services, and integration practices, is essential. • He should excel in leadership, communication, and problem-solving, with the ability to mentor and guide diverse team members while translating complex technical concepts for stakeholders. • Familiarity with tools like Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, JIRA, and design tools such as Figma, combined with a commitment to continuous learning, ensures he can effectively manage technical challenges while fostering innovation and team productivity.
