JDE E1 Developer role is part of TCO Digital Department Software Engineering team. Responsible for development, providing technical and functional expertise for debugging, troubleshooting and creating/deploying JDE E1 solutions utilizing TCO processes and tools. Monitor, analyze and address reliability and performance issues.
• Higher IT technical education
• At least 3 year of relevant experience
• Experience in application installation, support and troubleshooting is required.
• General PC support skills and the proven capability to successfully troubleshoot software problems
• Knowledge and experience in JDE E1 application and ERP technologies.
• Desired experience in SAP.
• Operational support for JDE E1 application: analysis, troubleshooting, user consultation for modules Finance&SCM.
• JDE E1 Development: reports and applications development, modification, debugging and analysis
• API and BSSV services analysis, troublshooting and development
• Interaction with teams from other departments when performing cross-functional changes
• System testing
• Compilation and updating of system documentation and user instructions.
• Work with customers to identify and document their needs
• Translate customer needs to technical specifications and project execution plans
• Ensure compliance, integrity and reliability of supported systems.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, ambitious, able to push and drive results
• Ability to produce quality work in a timely fashion; Prioritizing skills
