Job Requirements
Terms and Conditions
Lead and participate in Lean fundamentals projects to drive process improvements.
Analyze current processes in operational and support directions and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement action plans to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of improvement initiatives.
Train and coach collaborators in Lean fundamentals (including Lean Six Sigma) principles and tools (Voice of Customer, Visual Performance Management, Waste Elimination, Gemba Walks, Problem Solving, Standards, VSM….)
Collaborate in transversal projects to integrate continuous improvement practices.
Provide expertise in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Observe strictly the Acts of the Employer (orders, policies, regulations, rules, procedures, instructions).
High education background with a master's degree in engineering, management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in leading and supporting lean projects.
In-depth knowledge of lean methodologies.
Lean certification, at least Green Belt. Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
Skills in digital and business intelligence tools by using use BI tools like PowerBI to visualize and interpret data, kanban tools.
Excellent leadership, team collaboration skills, effective communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.
