Engineer, Digital Infrastructure & Telecommunications Support Engineer-I-III

The primary job responsibilities of the cloud administrator are to work in coordination with the Digital Department to develop and support cloud, Windows or Linux infrastructure. They usually provide technical assistance on windows, cloud-based systems, and resolve operational problems. The professional will also assist in the administration of cloud service and a Windows server environment.

No less than 2 years of relevant experience needed with higher technical education in Computer Science, IT, Electrotechnical and Telecommunication Engineering or relevant discipline or no less than 3 years of experience with other higher education Technical knowledge: Have good ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue. Understand IT principles, server hardware, Operating Systems, office automation productivity tools and troubleshooting techniques. Begin to familiar with a wider aspects of Infrastructure landscape including server technologies and tools through practical assignments.Good practical knowledge of Linux like operating systems. • Practical knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP. Practical knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell. Practical knowledge of Linux like operating systems (optional). Good practical knowledge of VMware ESXi; HyperV. Good knowledge of Network management, CCNA certified (optional). Understanding of Cloud Technology: Azure, DevOps. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (optional). Azure Local (optional). Experience with F5 Load Balancer is a plus. Knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI, Data analysis, ServiceNow
