• Monitor the reliability of the warning systems in use • Be aware of the procedure of personnel actions in the event of an emergency, provisions of the facility Site Specific Emergency Response Planning (SSERP) and the Integrated Incident Response Plan (IIRP). • Determine and assess the risk level of an alarm signal received in the system, verify its accuracy, and promptly take necessary actions to mitigate it. • Record the event and incident in the event monitoring and management system. • Provide management with an initial report on a serious incident • Translate incident reports and make chronology of the serious incident, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the information entered. • Cooperate with site operators and exchange information on the situation and production process • Assist site operators, emergency response staff, fire and rescue and other emergency responders until the incident is fully resolved • Provide clear access for fire and rescue and other emergency services through automated gates and restricted access doors
Graduate degree in humanities or higher technical education Preferably a degree in translation or English language teaching at school or college level. Work experience: 2 or more years in translation or language teaching. Must be able to work with all Microsoft Office applications, emergency notification, monitoring and event management systems. Security force management systems, intrusion detection, burglar alarms, video surveillance, access control systems vehicle management monitoring systems
