Manager for Standardization, Certification and Licensing

Participates in preparation for certification audits in accordance with ST RK ISO 9001:2016, ST RK ISO 14001:2016, and ST RK ISO 45001:2019, as well as subsequent periodic surveillance audits. Engages with certification bodies and consulting firms on issues related to the management system. Participates in the development of internal regulatory and administrative documents, including Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation. Develops the IMS Internal Audit Plan and Program and communicates audit schedules to relevant stakeholders. Acts as an internal auditor during internal audits of the company's departments. Prepares reports on completed IMS internal audits. Participates in collecting and organizing information required for IMS management reviews. Assists in analyzing data and preparing draft reports on IMS process performance and overall system effectiveness. Ensures implementation of measures to maintain and improve the competence of the company’s internal auditors. Conducts internal IMS training for employees. Provides consulting and methodological support to personnel regarding IMS processes and related issues. Participates in the preparation, development, and collection of documents required for company activity licensing. Liaises with licensing authorities and submits the necessary documentation. Contributes to the development and coordination of legislative drafts and standards related to the company’s activities, initiated by government bodies, and represents the company when needed.

Higher or postgraduate education in the field of Standardization, Metrology, and Certification, or technical and vocational education following secondary (specialized/professional) education in a relevant specialty. At least 3 years of practical experience in the field of standardization or management systems.
