Utilities Systems Specialist

Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of domestic systems such as water supply, drainage, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and sanitation facilities. Monitor the functionality and hygiene of on-site canteens, restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities. Coordinate with service contractors for scheduled and emergency maintenance of domestic equipment and utilities. Conduct regular inspections of domestic infrastructure and report any issues or required improvements. Maintain records of equipment servicing, maintenance schedules, and contractor performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all domestic areas. Provide support in the arrangement and setup of temporary domestic facilities for project personnel, such as portable cabins, rest zones, and water supply points. Assist in budget planning and procurement of domestic equipment, tools, and consumables. Respond promptly to facility-related complaints and service requests. Prepare and submit reports on domestic system status and incidents to management.

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in maintenance and operation of domestic or utility systems (water supply, HVAC, drainage, sanitation, etc.). Experience working at industrial facilities, large construction sites, or oil & gas projects is highly desirable.
