Monitoring changes under assigned contracts in the following areas: Preparation of regular reports on the progress of the Project implementation for the Pyrolysis, Polymerization, and U&O (Utilities and Offsites) Units; Preparation of periodic analytical reports on project progress, as well as ad-hoc reports and presentations upon management request; Development of summary and detailed reports in accordance with management requirements and project procedures on a weekly/monthly basis, and ensuring proper coordination and approvals. Monitoring and analyzing data (under assigned contracts) in the following areas: Project risk assessment (schedule, cost, resources, etc.) and recommendations for appropriate corrective actions; Tracking the status of work execution against the project schedule based on reports submitted by contractors; Identification of the critical path and causes of project delays. Development and implementation of measures to mitigate risks related to project schedule extensions. Ensuring the development and implementation of change control procedures and related policies, regulations, and methodological guidelines. Ensuring compliance with the change control procedure and accuracy in its application under assigned contracts. Facilitating coordination and interaction with: External and internal stakeholders for approval of work schedules, considering project changes; Internal departments of the Company in accordance with approved process flow diagrams, financial and economic processes, etc. Timely submission of reports on activities performed to senior management (including the Deputy Director for Change Control). Fulfilling the duties of the Change Control Coordinator and/or Lead Change Control Engineer (as assigned by the direct supervisor) during their temporary absence. Compliance with safety, occupational health, fire safety, and environmental protection regulations established by the Company's internal policies and procedures. Execution of other official tasks assigned by the direct or senior supervisor (including the Deputy Director for Change Control).
Education: Higher (or postgraduate) education in a relevant field. Additional professional training: Primavera P6. IPMA, PMP (preferred). Work experience: More than 3 years of relevant experience.
