Lead Cost Control Engineer

1) Preparation of a data set "plan-fact-forecast" on contract execution in conjunction with approved milestones and the schedule for assigned contracts; 2) Together with Administrators, formation of a plan and forecasts for financing and development for assigned contracts; 3) Analysis of reports and development of proposals for activities to achieve goals for development and financing for assigned contracts; 4) Control (verification) of the collection of operational facts on development and financing for assigned contracts; 5) Monitoring reports on the status of contract execution and informing Managers and responsible Administrators on the status of contract execution for assigned contracts; 6) Coordination of acts and invoices for compliance with contractual terms in terms of cost (except for the C part) for assigned contracts; 7) Coordination of Change Orders for assigned contracts in terms of the cost of E, P, others; 8) Control of Reimb expenses for assigned contracts. 9) Full performance of the duties of the lead cost control engineer (assigned by the immediate supervisor within the staffing schedule) during his/her temporary absence; 10) Timely provision (if necessary) of reports on the work performed (including to the Deputy Director for Contract Cost Control); 11) Compliance with the requirements for occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection stipulated by the regulations in force in the Company; 12) Fulfillment of official assignments of immediate and superior managers (including the Deputy Director for Contract Cost Control);

Education: Higher (or postgraduate) in the relevant specialty Additional professional training: Experience and length of service: More than 3 years
