Deputy Director for Change Control

1) Management of subordinate specialists, including coordination of work, assignment of tasks and personnel development 2) Coordination and control in terms of monitoring changes during the implementation of work: On the preparation of regular reports on the progress of the project for the Pyrolysis, Polymerization and Off-site Plants; On the formation of periodic analytical reports on the progress of the project and reports and presentations at the request of the management; On the development of summary and detailed reports in accordance with the requirements of the management, project procedures on a weekly/monthly basis and approval in the established manner; On the initiation of measures mitigating the risk of increasing the project implementation time 3) Monitoring and analysis of data in the following areas: Assessment of project risks (in terms of time, cost and resources, etc.) and recommendations for appropriate corrective measures; The status of the implementation of calendar and network schedules according to the reports provided by contractors; Determination of the critical path and causes of project delays 4) Ensuring the development and implementation of change control procedures and relevant provisions, regulations and methodological instructions 5) Monitoring compliance with the procedure/correctness of maintaining change control documentation. 6) Ensuring interaction: With external and internal stakeholders to agree on work schedules taking into account changes With the structural divisions of the Company - in accordance with the developed and approved process flow diagrams, financial and economic processes, etc. 7) Timely submission of reports on the work performed to senior management 8) Full performance of the duties of the deputy director of the department, determined by the immediate supervisor (determined by the immediate supervisor) during his temporary absence; 9) Compliance with the requirements for health and safety, fire safety, environmental protection, stipulated by the regulations in force in the Company 10) Fulfillment of official assignments of immediate and senior managers

Education: Higher (or postgraduate) in the relevant specialty, master's degree in management/economics/finance/MBA (preferred) Additional professional training: Primavera P6. IPMA, PMP (preferred) Experience and work experience: More than 4 years
