Financial Reporting Coordinator

Ensure compliance of accounting and financial reporting with: Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) National accounting standards and standard chart of accounts Tax and customs legislation and fiscal discipline Organize and oversee the timely submission of financial statements in accordance with local regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain methodologies and guidelines for the preparation of financial statements. Coordinate and manage interactions with audit firms during external financial audits. Ensure timely issuance and distribution of audit reports to relevant stakeholders. Participate within the scope of authority in: Drafting internal regulatory documents related to accounting and reporting Performing economic analysis of Company operations based on accounting data Developing and implementing improved accounting practices Organizing and supporting inventory processes Liaise with: Government authorities on finance and tax-related matters Internal departments based on approved workflows and financial processes Provide methodological assistance and consultation to Company staff on accounting and reporting matters. Timely prepare and submit activity reports to senior management. Act as a substitute for the immediate supervisor during periods of absence, fully performing coordinator duties as delegated. Ensure compliance with Company policies on occupational safety, fire safety, and environmental protection. Perform other tasks and assignments from direct and senior management as required.

Образование: Высшее (или послевузовское) по соответствующей специальности Дополнительная профессиональная подготовка: DipIFR, профессиональный бухгалтер, ACCA (предпочтительно) Опыт и стаж работы: Не менее 3 лет
