Terms and Conditions
Develop and implement fire safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans in line with local and international standards (NFPA, OSHA, etc.). Conduct fire risk assessments and hazard identification in operational facilities. Supervise the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems (e.g., alarms, sprinklers, hydrants). Ensure compliance with fire safety requirements during construction, commissioning, and operation phases of projects. Coordinate and conduct fire drills, fire safety training, and awareness sessions for employees and contractors. Perform audits and inspections related to fire safety and recommend corrective actions. Interface with regulatory authorities, fire departments, and emergency services as required. Participate in incident investigations related to fire or explosion events and recommend preventive measures. Support the procurement and maintenance of fire-fighting equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE). Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for management and regulatory bodies.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related technical discipline. Certifications: NEBOSH, NFPA Certifications, or other relevant fire safety qualifications are a plus. Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HSE with a strong focus on fire safety in industrial, oil & gas, or construction environments. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of fire safety codes, standards, risk assessment methodologies, and emergency preparedness.
