Quality Manager

1. Carries out activities in accordance with the orders, directives, and instructions of the Company's management, internal and external regulatory documentation, applicable legislation, this job description, and the internal labor regulations. 2. Organizes quality control processes for manufactured products and the performance of works/services in compliance with applicable standards, regulatory legal acts (RLAs), as well as activities aimed at strengthening production discipline and ensuring the production of high-quality and competitive products. 3. Organizes quality control of manufactured products and the performance of works/services in accordance with applicable customer requirements. 4. Maintains an up-to-date quality management system in compliance with applicable international and national technical standards. 5. Organizes the development of initiatives aimed at improving the quality of products (works/services), ensuring their compliance with current scientific and technological advancements, domestic market needs, export requirements, and the implementation of quality management systems that meet international standards. 6. Oversees the implementation of measures to improve the quality of products (works/services), prepares them for attestation and certification, and manages the development and implementation of quality management systems, standards, regulations, and quality indicators; introduces advanced control methods including automation and mechanization of control operations, zero-defect delivery systems, non-destructive testing methods, and develops specialized tools for these purposes. 7. Participates in analyzing information and preparing reports on the functioning and overall effectiveness of quality management system (QMS) processes. 8. Participates in collecting and systematizing information required for top management's review of the QMS. 9. Plans and conducts internal training on QMS-related topics. 10. Plans and conducts internal and external audits (including of suppliers and contractors). 11. Ensures compliance with requirements related to injury prevention and occupational health, as well as the provision of safe and non-hazardous workplaces and types of work.

1.1. Education / Specialty: Higher (or postgraduate) education in a relevant field of personnel training. 1.2. Specialized Training: Additional training on quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 "Internal Auditor" (preferably). 1.3. Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and control positions in the relevant specialty. 1.4. Must Know: Legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, methodological and regulatory-technical materials on quality management of products, the system of state supervision and quality control of products; production processes and modes, key technological and design data of manufactured products, applicable standards and technical specifications within the scope of economic activity and organization; types of production defects, methods for their prevention and elimination; procedures for submitting and reviewing quality claims for raw materials, materials, semi-finished products, components, and finished goods; requirements for technical documentation, raw materials, materials, semi-finished products, components, and finished products; systems, methods, and tools for quality control; rules for testing and acceptance of products; procedures for preparing industrial products for certification, organization of recordkeeping, and timelines and procedures for preparing quality reports; basics of economics, production organization, labor, and management.
