Facility Manager

Manages the production, operational, and financial-economic activities of the supervised facilities. Oversees the achievement of planned production volumes, work quality, and safety standards. Coordinates activities, leads operations, and makes decisions on all key matters related to the supervised facilities. Implements the most effective methods and technological solutions. Organizes regular analysis of production capacity utilization, fixed and current assets, material and labor resources to increase profitability and reduce costs. Maintains operational control over production processes, ensuring the availability of tools, materials, and transportation. Coordinates interactions between departments at the production site. Approves schedules with contractors involved in maintenance and repair activities. Distributes responsibilities, organizes staff training and development, ensures discipline, and manages the department’s personnel effectively. Oversees the commissioning and decommissioning of fixed assets. Leads initiatives to replace low-efficiency equipment with high-performance alternatives, reduce unscheduled repairs, and minimize downtime. Analyzes production performance and controls the use of budgetary funds. Actively participates in the development of the company’s strategy and improvements to its organizational structure. Prepares budget forecasts and projections. Attends mandatory and supplementary training courses required to perform job duties. Continuously improves professional qualifications and develops skills necessary for fulfilling job responsibilities as per this job description. Makes timely decisions in emergency situations in accordance with the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and acts as the Emergency Response Leader in case of incidents or emergencies. Collaborates with the Design and Construction Department on reconstruction, modernization of production facilities, and technological processes at the supervised sites. Prepares proposals for staff incentives or disciplinary actions for violations of production or labor regulations. Works with the Department of Supply and Procurement to manage the procurement of materials and services for the supervised facilities.

Education: Higher technical education. Work experience: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
