Participate in the preparation of design briefs and all necessary initial data for project development. Monitor and update project schedules on a weekly basis; control reporting on projects involving the cost planning engineer. Provide accurate and reliable data to the Finance and Economic Department as needed, especially when issuing invoices to the Client for completed work packages. Maintain labor time sheets (man-hours) and prepare cost calculations for the services provided by company specialists, when required. Take part in internal and bilateral planning meetings. Conduct project reviews, data analysis, and assessment based on information received from the Client. Develop key project documents, including: meeting minutes templates; report forms and official correspondence; memos, inquiries, requirements, and time sheets. Monitor and evaluate completed work under the project. Track and update the project schedule according to Client requirements. Coordinate between disciplines when forecasting work progress in line with the schedule. Assist department heads with internal discipline checks related to the project. Continuously improve professional qualifications through studying scientific, technical, regulatory, and other relevant documentation.
Higher education in engineering, economics, or a related field. At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
