Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and other regulatory legal acts within the Company’s departments, ensuring that employees receive the established benefits and compensations related to working conditions. Study working conditions at workplaces and propose the development and implementation of improved designs of protective equipment, safety and interlock devices, and other means of protection against hazardous and harmful industrial factors. Participate in inspections and assessments of the technical condition of buildings, structures, equipment, machinery, and mechanisms, as well as evaluate the efficiency of ventilation systems, sanitary-technical facilities, and collective and personal protective equipment. Ensure their compliance with occupational safety regulations, and in case of violations posing a threat to life or health or potentially causing accidents, take measures to suspend the use of such equipment or operations. Cooperate with other departments to conduct workplace and equipment certification and attestation in accordance with occupational health and safety standards. Participate in the development of measures aimed at preventing occupational diseases and workplace accidents, improving working conditions to meet safety standards, and provide organizational support for the implementation of such measures. Ensure timely inspections and technical certification of equipment, machinery, and mechanisms by relevant services, monitor the schedule of hazardous factor measurements, and ensure implementation of the instructions of state supervisory bodies regarding compliance with health and safety rules, regulations, and labor safety standards. Participate in the acceptance of new and reconstructed facilities into operation. Provide methodological support to departments in compiling lists of professions and positions subject to mandatory medical examinations and in determining those entitled to compensation for work under harmful or hazardous conditions. Assist in developing and updating workplace safety instructions, corporate standards of occupational safety, and the organization of safety training and knowledge assessments. Conduct introductory occupational safety briefings for newly hired employees, temporary staff, interns, and students on practical training. Conduct workplace safety briefings for administrative and managerial personnel (AMP) at least once every six months.
