Terms and Conditions
The Engineer shall:
1 Directly participate in the preparation of project documentation at all stages of design;
2 Perform technical calculations, develop alternative technical solutions, conduct a technical and economic assessment for specific design cases, and provide their recommendations to the Lead Engineer and Chief Specialist for final decision-making;
3 Independently perform calculations, drawings of general views of structures, components, facilities, nodes, master plans, and principal technological diagrams within their field of expertise;
4 Prepare relevant sections of the explanatory note, work volume statements, and purchase specifications in accordance with their discipline;
5 Work under the guidance of the Lead Engineer and Chief Specialist, ensuring that their work is coordinated with the work of other team members;
6 Sign the technical documentation they have developed and be responsible for its completeness and consistency with the calculation data, as well as the correctness of technical solutions and calculations;
7 Avoid developing individual projects when standard solutions, designs, components, diagrams, and other project materials are available;
8 Be responsible for the correct application of standard solutions, norms, and GOST (State Standards);
9 Complete production tasks within established deadlines and with high quality;
10 Actively participate in technical training programs;
11 Stay informed about advancements in science and technology relevant to their field and apply new progressive solutions in the developed projects, implementing scientific labor organization practices;
12 Continuously improve professional qualifications by studying new technical literature, guidelines, and regulatory materials;
13 Maintain a daily log of completed work.
Higher technical education in Civil and Industrial Construction (CIC) or General Construction. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar position.
