Material Accountant

1 Notification in writing and orally to your immediate supervisor/department head/structural unit director and/or the company's management about the occurrence of a conflict of interest or the possibility of its occurrence, as soon as such fact is discovered or as soon as it becomes known. 2 Accounting for the results of the company’s business and financial activities in accordance with established instructions, rules, and procedures. 3 Performing accounting and tax accounting for the company, accurately reflecting data in tax and statistical reports. 4 Providing the company’s management and other users of financial reports with accurate accounting information related to their official duties. 5 With the company’s management permission, presenting accounting information to auditors. 6 Timely and accurate reflection of the receipt and expenditure of inventory (TMs) based on incoming primary documents by recording them in the SAP system. 7 Timely submission of electronic invoices (ESF) along with supporting documents for TMs for payment. 8 Verification and confirmation of shipping documents (SNT) in the IS ESF system. Reconciliation of the virtual warehouse balance with the warehouse data in the SAP system. 9 Mandatory quarterly reconciliation with TM suppliers and signing of reconciliation acts for each reporting period. 10 Timely write-off of TMs used in the company’s production activities, based on control over the correctness and timeliness of the approved write-off acts from requesting departments. 11 Accounting for the issuance and write-off of powers of attorney for receiving TMs. 12 Preparation of a monthly material report based on primary documents from warehouse workers and controlling material balances based on warehouse card data in collaboration with warehouse workers within the company. 13 Control over the movement of TMs and fuel between warehouses. 14 Control over slow-moving TMs and assistance in calculating reserves according to the accounting policy, preparing a report on a quarterly basis for the Reporting and Internal Control Department. 15 Control over off-balance sheet accounts of the company’s TMs. 16 Participation in the annual planned inventory of TMs at the field. Correctly reflecting the results of the inventory and timely accounting for them. 17 Participation in unplanned inventories of TMs at the field on a regular basis. Correctly reflecting the results of the inventory and timely accounting for them. 18 Preparation of statistical reports related to the movement of TMs. 19 Interaction with warehouse employees regarding the accounting of TMs. 20 Performing additional tasks assigned by the chief accountant, not contradicting the company’s accounting policy and the legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 21 Interchangeability within the accounting department.

- Higher professional education in economics (in the fields of finance, economics, accounting, and auditing). - 2 years of work experience in accounting. - Preferably holding a qualification or continuing education (ACCA/CIMA, CPA, professional accountant certificate, etc.). - Professional user of Microsoft Excel. - Knowledge and experience with the SAP system.
