Senior Well Drilling Advisor

Control the process of preparing and issuing internal drilling programs; Prepare and develop technically justified well designs in accordance with Company/Industry/RK standards, conduct risk analysis, monitor costs, analyze drilling performance indicators, and document lessons learned/best practices for sharing with the drilling team and implementing in future programs; Participate in setting goals and objectives for new wells and actively take measures to achieve these goals; Plan wells in detail and provide technical support to the drilling rig team during drilling operations; Collect and verify drilling technology data from existing wells to optimize drilling performance; Strive for continuous improvement of drilling operations by reviewing approved practices and applying innovative enhancement measures; Expand and further develop knowledge of drilling technologies and implement new technologies where applicable; Coordinate and ensure timely receipt of all official permits and documentation related to drilling; Provide technical support to Drilling Engineers, enhance their technical competence through coaching and mentoring, and ensure the team meets the Company's project objectives while fully supporting field operations. Participate in interviews and hiring new Engineers as needed; Participate in the preparation of tender documentation and the review of tender bids; Support and plan new projects and enterprises, the project on Alb, and other special projects as required.

Higher professional education in engineering or geological-geophysical fields; Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the oil and gas industry. Preferred: Internal auditor certification; Proven knowledge of drilling technology, preferably with experience on offshore and onshore rigs; Strong general computer skills with knowledge of specialized software such as Well Plan, Stress Check, and Compass; Preferably certified auditor skills.
