Maintains accounting records (and corresponding tax and management accounting records). Keeps records in the corporate accounting system. Reconciles inventory balances with the retail accounting system 1C. Reviews goods and raw material invoices uploaded to the corporate accounting system, processes them, and registers incoming VAT invoices. Checks the accuracy and completeness of reports. Processes sales and revenue transactions according to reports. Prepares wholesale sales documents and VAT invoices. Reviews and processes the write-off of raw materials and goods. Reflects inventory results in the accounting system. Ensures the availability and accuracy of a complete set of inventory documents. Monthly prepares the Sales Ledger and the journal of issued VAT invoices, submits them for review and inclusion in the VAT declaration to the Deputy Chief Accountant. Under the supervision of the Deputy Chief Accountant, regularly reconciles accounts with suppliers. Organizes the accounting of liabilities, inventory, cash, product sales, and service provision. Timely records transactions related to the movement of these assets in the accounting system. Ensures the legality, timeliness, and accuracy of document preparation. Monitors compliance with the procedures for preparing primary and accounting documents, settlements, payment obligations, inventories of fixed assets, inventory, cash, and audits of the organization’s accounting and reporting processes. Takes measures to prevent shortages, unauthorized use of funds and inventory, and violations of financial and business regulations. Ensures strict adherence to staffing, financial, and cash discipline, administrative and other expense budgets, the lawful write-off of shortages, accounts receivable, and other losses, the preservation of accounting documents, and their timely transfer to the archive.
Higher education (in finance or economics) and experience in a similar industry and position. Proficiency in PC usage. Must be knowledgeable of: Regulations on accounting and financial reporting. Legislative acts, decrees, orders, and other regulatory, methodological, and instructional materials regarding the procedures for accepting, recording, storing, and utilizing inventory and other assets. Legislative acts, decrees, orders, and other regulatory, methodological, and instructional materials regarding the procedures for writing off shortages, accounts receivable, and other losses from accounting records. Accounting guidelines, decrees, orders, and other regulatory documents issued by higher-level authorities regarding the accounting of financial and business activities. Legislative acts, decrees, orders, and regulatory materials related to the organization of accounting and the preparation of financial statements. Forms and methods of accounting and business activity analysis within the company. Procedures for conducting documentary audits and inspections, ensuring the accuracy of accounting for assets, liabilities, and business transactions.
