1 Provide technical leadership and develop the most complex components (drawings, calculations, main project documentation) for the assigned part of the project. 2 Review and approve the documentation for the part of the project for which they are responsible and sign off on this documentation. 3 When necessary, participate with the Chief Project Engineer in collecting initial data for design or selecting a site for construction. 4 Study project requirements and initial data for preparing technical documentation, as well as project correspondence, expert reviews, technical meeting minutes, conclusions, etc. 5 Provide technical leadership to assigned employees, coordinate and align their work, and offer technical support. 6 Ensure work completion within the timeframe set by the lead specialist and/or group leader. 7 Make necessary corrections to technical documentation as instructed by the group leader, lead specialist, or Chief Project Engineer. 8 Participate in author supervision during the construction of facilities designed with their involvement. 9 Collaborate with the lead specialist and/or group leader in developing key design principles related to the assigned project. 10 Continuously improve professional qualifications, study new technical literature, guidelines, and regulatory materials.
Higher technical education in oil and gas engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemical technology. At least 5 years of experience in pipeline system design. Proficiency in specialized software (PDMS/E3D, AVEVA, CAESAR II, AutoPIPE). Knowledge of Russian and international standards (GOST, SNiP, ASME, ANSI, API). Project management and team leadership skills.
