1 Implement technical policies in the field of design within the designated specialty, ensuring alignment with modern industry standards. Develop key design directions and ensure their implementation in ongoing projects. 2 Participate in the development and approval of fundamental technical solutions. 3 Ensure high-quality and timely issuance of technical documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory and guiding materials, ministerial orders, directives, and official correspondence related to design. 4 Develop and prepare solutions for the most complex technical issues reviewed at the executive level of the organization. 5 Lead the team in developing standard working documentation and typical drawing elements. 6 Determine the completeness of initial data for design. Participate, alongside the project manager, in the preparation of design specifications, engineering survey assignments, and tasks for related production divisions within the organization. 7 Implement design solutions that contribute to reducing estimated project costs within the scope of the developed project section. 8 Ensure and maintain records of the implementation of new technologies in designed projects. Monitor achieved savings in fuel, energy, and other technical-economic indicators. Promote the use of standardized and cost-effective repeated individual project solutions. 9 Periodically analyze the progress of construction projects and communicate findings to team members to improve the quality and technical level of design solutions. 10 Monitor changes in regulatory documentation, including the introduction of new regulations, amendments to existing ones, and removal of outdated standards. Inform team members about these updates and maintain records of changes.

Higher professional education in electrical engineering, power supply, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Engineer in the power supply or energy sector. Knowledge of regulatory materials for the design and operation of power equipment. Experience in developing and approving fundamental technical solutions. Ability to develop solutions for complex technical issues. Technical supervision over documentation developed by employees. Familiarity with the regulations of RK/NCOC/TCO and international standards.
