Plan and coordinate the work of individual performers. During the construction or renovation of enterprises, buildings, and structures, verify compliance of completed work with design solutions specified in working drawings. Ensure adherence to work production plans (WPP), quality standards for construction and installation work, proper installation of technological and other types of equipment, and compliance with fire and explosion safety regulations. Independently resolve issues related to project documentation that arise during construction. Review proposals from all interested construction participants and, in coordination with the client, general contractor, and subcontractors, introduce necessary additions and changes to project documentation directly on-site, ensuring proper documentation and submission to relevant organizations. Participate in testing and acceptance of completed construction systems for operation. Ensure that all construction participants maintain the required operational qualities and safety of structures, components, and materials in accordance with technical regulations. Prepare reports on completed work. Follow safety regulations when visiting construction sites. Be trained to identify and respond to high-risk hazards during inspections. Understand the importance of taking appropriate measures to protect buildings, occupants, and themselves during inspections. Be able to interpret complex data, such as load-bearing capacity, soil and foundation conditions, and building codes. This information is crucial for providing accurate and well-founded assessments of the structural integrity of existing buildings.
