Mechanical Supervisor

1. Work on the Dunga project as directed by the Management. 2. Follow the Company Safety Program. 3. Lead the Mechanical Maintenance team in order to improve their technical knowledge on safety and maintenance, based upon experience and learning from own experience as well as from experience international oil companies. 4. Carry out ‘Toolbox Talks’, arrange regular examinations of the Mechanical Maintenance Teams attainments. 5. Responsible for Mechanical Maintenance personnel on following all valid Company operational safety procedures, production procedures, guidelines, orders of employer, regulating acts and safe execution of all works in the production area. 6. Planning, coordination and execution of all Mechanical maintenance activities to ensure system availability targets are achieved / exceeded. 7. Provide Team Lead with regular reports with analysis and comment on performance and results. Be held accountable for area of responsibility. 8. Ensure permit-to-work requirements are delivered. 9. Initiate and develop specific Mechanical procedures, work instructions, work plans and testing schedules within the maintenance management system and ensure compliance.

• Higher professional (technical) education. • At least 10 years of industrial / oil field experience, of which at least 5 years in the operation and/or maintenance of mechanical systems in the oil and gas industry. • MS Office skills. • Good communication skills. • Knowledge of Asset Integrity & Reliability principles applicable to Oil & Gas Production facilities. • Knowledge, skills and experience in Contractor Management. • Knowledge of local and international codes and regulations regarding systems and equipment. • Thorough knowledge of Electrical Maintenance requirements, Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP) and planning processes.
