1. Strategy and Digital Transformation Develop a digitalization roadmap based on Enterprise Architecture principles, including: Migration of legacy systems (e.g., Delphi → .NET 8 + Vue.js). Creation of a unified Data Lake for integrating the company's information systems. Implement RPA to automate routine processes (e.g., processing requests, collecting supplier quotes). 2. IT Operations Management Reorganize the current IT landscape: Corporate portal (SharePoint → integration with Power BI for analytics). Tender platform (transition to a microservices architecture). Implement DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker) to accelerate development. 3. Cybersecurity and Business Resilience Conduct a security audit in accordance with ISO 27001 standards. Propose a framework for building an information security management system (functions, reporting structure, organizational setup, budget, and key outcomes). Assess BCP/DRP practices and provide recommendations (actions, resources, effects, risks). 4. Change Management Collaborate with the HR department to automate training for 650+ employees (digital literacy, working with new systems, RPA, AI, etc.). Launch pilot projects using AI: Analysis of project documentation using NLP. Project timeline forecasting using ML.
Higher education (IT, engineering, MBA is a plus). 8+ years in roles such as CDO, CTO, or Head of Digital Transformation. In-depth knowledge of: Company stack: .NET 8, Vue.js, MS SQL, SharePoint. Tools: Power BI (for data analysis), Jira (for project management). Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or equivalents).
