CSA Lead Specialist (Designer)

Skills and knowledge of administrative, methodological and regulatory documents on design, construction and operation of facilities, principles of operation of the technology of manufacturing and installation of equipment and structures, types and properties of materials, standards, specifications and other regulatory documents on development and execution of design and estimate documentation, advanced domestic and foreign experience in design and construction, technical, economic, environmental and social requirements for designed facilities, methods of calculating load-bearing structures, thermal insulation and heat resistance, sound insulation of enclosing structures, acoustic, lighting, insolation temperature and humidity conditions of designed buildings, methods of geodetic work in design, construction and operation of buildings and structures, knowledge of organizational and methodological documents on labor protection in construction, develop measures to protect the environment during construction and operation, development of sections of the architectural and civil engineering solutions, design concept, RC construction, explanatory notes and other documents, coordination of design solutions interconnected with the development of related disciplines.
