Electrical Project Engineer

1. Development and management of projects to support existing TCO infrastructure and buildings for multiple parallel small capital projects for the company’s internal client groups, ranging from minor repair work on electrical/instrumentation/fire systems or equipment installation to major overhaul and construction projects for new facilities. 2. Development, review, and approval of design and technical materials for Electrical and Instrumentation. If necessary, preparation of these materials in AutoCAD. 3. Development of sketches, drawings, and technical specifications in the relevant discipline. 4. Preparation of project cost estimates and schedules for construction and installation works. 5. Development of project strategies and plans for design, procurement, and construction. 6. Formation of project teams consisting of foreign and local engineers, representatives of various departments, and leadership of the team’s activities. 7. Preparation of work scopes for design, procurement, and construction, including the preparation of tender packages, tender analysis, and contract packages. 8. Achievement of agreed objectives for local content development. 9. Approval and management of changes in work scope and control of changes (MOC). 10. Provision of technical consultation on technologies, methods, and processes.

1. Higher technical education. 2. 10-12 years of work experience in the construction of infrastructure facilities and structures for the oil and gas and petrochemical industries, with expertise in executing multiple small and medium-sized projects, developing and managing minor infrastructure, communication, and facility development projects, including engineering design, AutoCAD drafting, preparation of technical specifications, work scopes, and working documentation packages. 3. Experience in project execution from concept development to commissioning and handover to project managers and operating organizations. 4. Experience in design and development in the fields of Electrical and Instrumentation. 5. Experience in managing projects at any phase or stage of implementation. Knowledge of international and national standards and regulations such as ACI, AISC, ASCE, IBC, ANSI, ASME, BS, ASTM, API, GOST, SNIP, etc. 6. Familiarity with typical design and technical materials for process units, process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), general electrical and instrumentation diagrams, isometric drawings, etc.
