Proposal Engineer

• Develop technical solutions for electric heating system projects based on the latest scientific and technical achievements, as well as leading domestic and international design experience, using automated design tools. • Review and analyze received requests from both technical and commercial perspectives. • Prepare tender documentation in accordance with Customer requirements. • Participate in the preparation of assignments/collection of initial data for the calculation of electric heating systems. • Study and apply technical regulations and construction standards, as well as electrical equipment operation standards adopted in the Republic of Kazakhstan during the design process. If the Customer has its own standards and regulations different from those of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is necessary to study and be able to apply these standards in the work. • Coordinate developed technical solutions with design solutions from other sections (parts of the project). • Provide technical consultations within the scope of their competence. • Prepare and analyze requests for third-party products (distribution panels, power/control cables, and tray structures). • Ensure the issuance of professional technical-commercial proposals in accordance with internal procedures and Customer requirements. • Provide technical support to the sales department and monitor proposals. • Create and maintain trustworthy relationships with Customers (design institutes, partners, end customers). • Continuously improve the process of issuing technical-commercial proposals and enhance the quality of proposals. • Maintain communication and cooperation with other technical-commercial proposal preparation departments from regional offices in Europe. • Regularly report to management on the process of issuing technical-commercial proposals, the status of customer proposal reviews, and participation in tenders. • Inform Customers about the company's products and services. • Assist in organizing the company's marketing and training events aimed at creating a favorable company image and brand recognition.

• Higher technical education in electrical engineering. • At least 3 years of experience in the design of electrical equipment and/or power supply for medium and low complexity facilities with 2nd and 3rd level responsibility. • Knowledge of Electrical Installation Rules (PUE), safety regulations (TB), labor protection (OT), and environmental safety (ZOS) applicable in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as international standards in this field. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel), and TraceCalc Pro (preferred). • Negotiation skills are a plus.
