Procurement & Contract Director (Manager)

Plans, manages and coordinates tenders and contracting of goods, works and services. Defines, implements and monitors the execution of procurement plans. Establishes agreements with suppliers on quality, cost and delivery requirements to meet supply requirements. Interacts with other departments and customers regarding requirements for deliverables Maintains records of purchasing transactions. Controls costs and ensures efficient utilization of resources. Develops and manages operational and administrative procedures Plans and manages day-to-day operations. Support the process of determining company budget and project cost estimates. Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive procurement strategy in line with business requirements and market developments. Develop and promote an updated annual C&P Development Plan in line with the Annual Work Program and Budget along with a Long Term Procurement Plan in line with the Multi-Year Work Program and Budget
