Terms and Conditions
- Search and analysis of tenders:
- Monitoring of tender sites and selection of suitable tenders according to the company's profile.
- Analysis of tender conditions, risks and benefits for the company.
- Preparation of tender documentation:
- Formation of a complete package of documents for participation in tenders (applications, certificates, financial guarantees, etc.).
- Checking the correctness and compliance of the documentation with the customer's requirements.
- Collecting and structuring information from internal departments of the company.
- Participation in tender procedures:
- Registration and participation in electronic trading platforms.
- Negotiating with tender organizers.
- Participation in auctions, submission of quotations.
- Interaction with contractors and suppliers:
- Conducting analysis of proposals from suppliers and selection of the most favorable conditions.
- Agreeing conditions and control over fulfillment of obligations by contractors.
- Analysis and reporting:
- Preparing reports on the results of participation in tenders.
- Analyzing won and lost tenders to improve future strategy.
- Monitoring of contract fulfillment:
- Support of concluded contracts (control of deadlines and quality of fulfillment).
- Settlement of disagreements and handling of claims in case of their occurrence.
- Higher education (preferably in economics, law, management or related specialties).
- Knowledge of legislation on public procurement and tender procedures (e.g. within the framework of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or other countries, if applicable).
- Certificates in project management or tender documentation management (desirable).
- Experience in tenders, procurement or contract management (at least 2-3 years).
- Successful experience in preparing tender documents and participating in tenders.
- Knowledge of the application process, preparation of tender documents, analysis of tender terms and conditions.
- Experience in working with government procurement platforms (e.g. goszakup.gov.kz in Kazakhstan).
- Proficient knowledge of PC: MS Office (Excel, Word), specialized programs for tenders.
- Negotiation skills and interaction with contractors/suppliers.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Ability to draft and analyze contracts.
