SSR Engineer (Service Solution Responsible)

1. Customer communication skills: Be able to communicate with senior customers smoothly, have good communication and understanding skills, and have good English reading and writing skills. 2. Market insight capability: Be able to gain insight into customers' pain points and requirements, and effectively customize and present solutions. 3. Project operation capability: Act as a project organizer and be able to participate in and complete most project development tasks. 4. Transaction management capability: Be able to participate in project negotiation, properly control customer expectations, and handle customer requirements.

Have 3-5 years of sales experience in the SSR or service sales domain. Be the solution owner for regional/rep office projects and be familiar with service sales processes and key business points. Have an in-depth command of solutions in the service MBB, FBB, maintenance, O&M site, and training fields. Be able to independently develop service sales projects and have good project operation capabilities. Be able to understand customer requirements and independently complete service solution and commercial design.
