Ensure uninterrupted operation of automatic infrastructure and process control systems. • Participate in development of new process flow charts and in improvement of existing ones. • Participate in adjustment and putting new technical complexes into operation • Provide support to Automation Control System at the Plant. Carries out checks, repairs and calibration of automatic systems and equipment, analysis and correction of system’s malfunctioning • Identify opportunities for advanced process control improvements. Develop and implement advanced, multivariable process controllers. • Study new equipment, projects, methods of control, develops new flow charts, improves existing ones. Projects are very complex, multi-task oriented and require extensive engineering knowledge in process automation control.
• Higher Engineering Degree. (Preferably related to Automation and control systems) • Relevant work experience - not less than 2 years. • Must have basic understanding of oil field and/or plant processes. • High level expertise in Experion C300/SM control systems . • Familiar with different communication protocols and network architectures from end devices to and between PLCs, ESD systems, SCADA, Process Control System and Experion systems. • Understanding of Safety Instrumented System and Process Automation system design.
