Database management as position will work with site IT team for equipment maintenance, database upgrades, and configuration of live/working environments. Quality Assurance of data, monitor project information, claim, and merge relevant data, review and implement database and symbol change requests, review output reports for consistency. Assist project teams with the configuration and generation of engineering deliverables. Update, configure, and maintain SPID database reports. Ensure change management control procedures comply and documented before configuration changes are performed in the database structure. Work in a collaborative multi-discipline environment, supporting various users, projects executed by the company. Coordinate work between teams that use SPID and other SmartPlant tools. Execute multiple initiatives/projects at the same time and adjust priorities as business needs change. Make informed decisions based on situation assessment and consideration of consequences.
Technical engineering background (higher technical education), preferably in Process Engineering. Work experience Not less than 5 years discipline design engineering experience in Oil and Gas related to Process. Should have minimum 3 years previous experience as Smartplant Administrator or Designer. Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and projects. Must be able to work independently and act on his/her own initiative.
