A member of the PMC core personnel team located in Kazakhstan who are actively engaged with the client day to day as single point contact and hold overall responsibility to provide effective project management and engineering support services for a brownfield gas/condensate field program of works: • Expansions; • Asset integrity improvements; • Debottlenecking; • Well hook ups • Infield pipelines and flowlines; • Production enhancement; • Author’s Supervision • Preparation of documentation for land allotments, regulatory approvals and approvals for recultivation; • Provision of Cost Control & Estimating Specialism • Provision of 3rd Party Studies
University chemical engineering degree (BSc/MSc in Engineering) with minimum of 10 years relevant experience as process engineer for Lead position Considerable experience in Oil & Gas Processing in general, preferably with an engineering contractor. Experience of leading teams of 10+ Engineers. Proposals preparation Feasibility studies, concept studies, Front End En¬gineering Design (FEED) and preparation of tech¬nical requirements for detailed design. Previous experience in gas field development projects is preferred. Technology Awareness: Gas Processing, Refining, Offsites & Utilities Engineering Work Processes Inter-discipline coordination, change identification and management International Industry Codes and Standards Knowledge (API, ASTM, ASME etc) and nice to have RoK know how (local and Company specs will be provided) Leadership ability to guide multi discipline teams and interfaces with other non-engineering disciplines Project reporting ability to manage progress and schedule and adapt to changing circumstances
