HSE, Emergency, Civil Defense Department Director

1. Manage and ensure the activities of the Department; 2. To organize the work of the Department on control over compliance with standards, norms and requirements for occupational safety and health, emergency situations, civil defense and environmental protection; 3. To organize with involvement of engineering and technical employees of structural subdivisions the work on implementation of periodic inspections of occupational safety and health in structural subdivisions of the Partnership; 4. To ensure participation of the employees of the Department in preparation and submission of proposals on development and introduction of more advanced means of protection against hazardous and harmful production factors, development and introduction of measures on creation of safe and healthy working conditions, rational modes of labor and rest;

Technical education, at least 3 years of work experience in the specialty and at least 5 years of work experience in engineering and/or management positions. In-depth knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the areas of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Emergency Situations (ES), Civil Defense (CD), and Environmental Protection (EP). Experience in developing and implementing systems for occupational safety and environmental protection management.
