• Control project documentation within the P&E department.
• Register incoming/outgoing documentation.
• Cooperate with contractors. Receive project documentation from Contractors. Check quality of the received documents.
• Provide documents in the latest revision. Revision tracking.
• Distribute documentation.
• Ensure the latest updated drawings and documents are available in the database.
• Provide project documentation in time.
• Higher professional education.
• At least five years of work experience with international oil & gas companies in the field of document control.
