- Participates in the briefing, training, mentoring, and effective management of staff employees. - Assists in preparing time-tracking resources for the Instrumentation and Control Systems (I&C) engineering department for review with the Chief Engineer. - Reports on the status of I&C work and technical documentation to the Lead Engineer. - Initiates the development of all required discipline-specific documentation for the assigned area. - Attends kick-off meetings, project personnel meetings, meetings with clients, contractors, suppliers, process flow review meetings, or other meetings as necessary. - Ensures the exchange of information, both written and verbal, within the I&C engineering department and with other engineering disciplines.
∙ Higher engineering education. ∙ 5 years of experience. ∙ Experience in project development and technical management: The Lead Engineer should have experience in the development of complex assemblies, technical project management, and coordination of design documents. ∙ Knowledge of regulatory and technical standards: The Lead Engineer should be familiar with regulatory documents, standards, and requirements for design documentation and technical solutions. ∙ Team management and coordination skills: The Lead Engineer should be able to organize and coordinate the work of the team, direct employees and ensure that tasks are completed within the established deadlines.
