Terms and Conditions
• Lead the Mechanical Maintenance team in order to improve their technical knowledge on safety and maintenance, based upon experience and learning from own experience as well as from experience international oil companies.
• Carry out ‘Toolbox Talks’, arrange regular examinations of the Mechanical Maintenance Teams attainments.
• Responsible for Mechanical Maintenance personnel on following all valid Company operational safety procedures, production procedures, guidelines, orders of employer, regulating acts and safe execution of all works in the production area.
• Planning, coordination and execution of all Mechanical maintenance activities to ensure system availability targets are achieved / exceeded.
• Higher professional (technical) education
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Electrical Maintenance activities in Oil and Gas Industry
• Knowledge, skills and experience in Contractor Management
• Knowledge of local and international codes and regulations regarding systems and equipment
• Thorough knowledge of Electrical Maintenance requirements, Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP) and planning processes
