• Comply with applicable safety instructions and other Company procedures.
• Assess all matters with regards to safety, economic impact and technical importance.
• Treat all information, both written and spoken, obtained in the course of the work with confidentiality.
• Carry out work in compliance with:

• Monitor work progress such that risks, and problem areas are identified, reported and solutions identified.
• Timely completion of assigned projects and tasks.
• Bring forward suggestions for improvements in time and cost within the areas of responsibility.
• Undertake any other work and responsibilities as per separate instruction.
• Engage project activities in accordance with company procedures as directed by the Team Lead.
• Safe delivery of Project(s) in accordance with procedures and processes, company standards and Maersk Values and Policies
• Liaise with Discipline Engineers, suppliers and design contractors as and when required to ensure efficient resolution to any project design issues.
• Liaise with Production staff to ensure efficient and safe transfer of facilities from Projects to Production.
• Assume responsibility for and take ownership of the following Project phases:
o Detailed design
o Procurement
o Installation
o Hand-over
o Close-out
• Participate in the following Project Delivery aspects:
o Project Budget
o Project Schedule
o Procurement of “Tagged items”
• Report detail design and procurement progress.
• Arrange timely response to technical queries, Waivers from contractors.
• Monitor technical execution on project to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Contribute to reports showing project progress, costs and key activities.
• Encourage good, open communication within the design, procurement, and construction team.
• Interface with 3rd party and company quality personnel
• Planning, cost estimate and describe vendors work scope, including mobilized of Vendors
• Carry out site survey and inspections
• Preparation of Contract Strategy, SOW and ITTs as required
• Technical Review and evaluation of Contractors Bids
• Experience of CAD operation would be an asset
• Undertake review of Contractors facilities as part of pre-qualification to ascertain suitability for inclusion in bidder’s lists.
• Site inspections when required to confirm valuation of payment certificates.
• Knowledge of and familiar with ROK Licensing and Permitting
• Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Managing project resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials effectively.
• Monitoring project costs, preparing budgets, and ensuring expenditures align with the allocated budget.
• Identifying potential risks, creating mitigation plans, and implementing strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
• Implementing quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet defined quality standards.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Addressing technical issues, resolving conflicts, and making decisions to keep the project on track.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
• University degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant oil and gas industry experience.
