Terms and Conditions
1.1.Leads the work on managing the processes of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control of the Company's projects, performing coordination, motivation, reporting and control functions.
1.2.Ensures coordination of interaction between the Company's divisions within the framework of project management.
1.3.Organizes and maintains interaction and feedback with project stakeholders.
1.4.Monitors and manages project risks.
1.5.Exercises overall control over compliance of planned and actual project performance and implementation of actions to respond to changes and deviations.
1.6.Ensures the process of project completion and proper acceptance of goods, works/services.
1.7.Analyzes the Company's project management process and makes suggestions to improve and enhance related practices and procedures.
1.8.Directs the activities of the department.
