QHSE Engineer

1. Develop, update procedures, plans, manuals, forms, instructions, regulations, HSE and quality policies, hazard, risk and opportunity register, environmental aspects, matrix for assessing compliance with legal and other QHSE requirements 2.Compiling and implementing HSE objectives 3.Conducting inspections of fire safety, vehicles, electrical safety, sanitation/environmental, fire extinguishers, first aid kits 4.Testing and testing of fire hydrants, pumps, APSs 5. Conducting training drills 6. Preparing a list for annual employee medical examinations. 7. Attestation of production facilities for labor conditions. 8. Registration of work permits 9. Internal audit. 10. External audits. 11.Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training. 12.Developing and updating induction presentations. 13.Development and updating of evacuation plan. 14.Developing presentations and conducting refresher training on BiOT for office staff. 15.Completion of QHSE forms, collection of documentation for tenders. 16.Correspondence with ministries (questions and answers). 17.Checking contracts at the stage of conclusion in terms of TB&E.
