Terms and Conditions
• Provide Cost Engineering support to Product Line Project Team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all cost control related processes and reporting. Interface with the Project Controls team to ensure compliance with procedures for roll-up reporting. Supports the Project owners and responsible for leading the analysis, consolidation, and reporting of projects’ cost data.
• Quality assurance of all Projects specific project controls products prior to release to Project Management (monthly cost reports, cost dashboards, cost forecasts, VOWD, etc.)
• Involved in Business planning processes, support project team and Strategic Planning during Business cycle.
• Ensure accurate allocation of costs to AFEs and providing monthly report to Management.
• Monitor Contract forecasts in line with contract governance procedures and advising Contracts Advisors accordingly to ensure timely submissions to CRC.
• Monitor Contract forecast and Commitments in line with appropriation of funds and AFE values and providing AFE supplement and de-supplement cost data when required.
• Higher education and degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Management and Auditing
• Not less than 2 years of Project Controls experience in Oil and Gas is required
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
