Promote injury and incident free operations & Company Safety initiatives. Monitor compliance of technical and process documentation with railroad operation rules and regulations. Act as Facility Owner and/or Facility Owner Designate for facility maintenance works. Ensure that information is provided in a proper and timely manner and keep track of work progress on all issues related to infrastructure and facilities. Monitor that Contractor fulfills all contract requirements related to locomotives operation and crews staffing. Carry out trials together with mainline and locomotive switching crews including crews working at Siding KM 8 and crews involved in interchanged operations. Take part in incident investigations. Take part in locomotive fleet audits. Check and make sure on a daily basis of maintaining Service Level Requirement (SLR) for locomotives and locomotive crews. Monitor and verify locomotives and locomotive crews timesheets provided by Contractor.
1. Personal skills – well-developed logical thinking, sociability, activity, quick response to events. 2. Higher education in railroad industry – specialization “Locomotives and Locomotives Operation / Maintenance”. 3. Overall work experience on railroad transport shall be at least 10 years, preferably - Mechanic, Assistant Engineer, Locomotive Engineer. 4. Work experience for the required qualification – at least 5 years on supervisory positions at maintenance depots – Depot Master, Deputy Maintenance Head, Locomotive Maintenance Senior Foreman
