Terms and Conditions
• Systematically analyzes and enters information on the training and development of employees in the FE database, monitors its timely updating and replenishment;
• Drafts analysis and data for statistical reports to FE management;
• Monitors, documents and reviews the budget and training plans on a regular basis;
• Reviews employee development plans to develop training plans.
• Assists Business Planning and Analysis Group Supervisor in the preparation of the annual training plan in accordance with the approved budget and in accordance with individual employee development plans;
• Higher education
• Work experience at least 3 years as an Analyst.
• Kazakh, Russian, English Level 3+ (TCO scale).
• Ability to multitask, balance priorities and meet deadlines.
