KSU Quality Engineer

- Functions in a supporting role as a quality representative for project. - Provides support as needed to Quality Manager and Quality Team function. - Participate in monitoring quality performance and participate in coordinating project quality reporting. - Administer quality processes including Welding / NDE and Data management, NFI (Notification for inspection), SR (Surveillance Report), NCRs (Non-Conformance Report). - Carry out periodical check of documentation, passports and other records to ensure that equipment and documentation status meet the requirements of the project. - Prepare and transmit Quality team correspondence and maintain quality documentation records on Share Point.

- Education: higher degree, technical / engineering preferred. - Relevant experience not less than 2 years. - Knowledge of MaxTrax quality database, ability to track status of Quality related items including Audits, vendor Inspections, Welding and NDE, project Lessons Learned, NCR, Surveillance and NFI. - Experience in monitoring of contractor and sub-contractor quality control activities and inputting Daily Welding Reports (DWR) into MaxTrax. - When required shall be able to monitor progress of all quality inspection and testing activities against contractor and subcontractor ITPs.
