• Develops schedule in standard software Primavera P6 • Develops planning tasks, durations, and logic • Maintain an overall Facilities Engineering (FE) Master Plan which rolls up both FE in house and outsourced Level 3 schedules. • Develop and maintain Level 1-4 Schedules for projects related to the Plant and Field Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning. • Level 3, 4 schedules shall be resourced loaded with man hours in conformity with Engineering / Construction Contractors, FE project team, Materials Department input, as well as other in-house expertise. • Maintain reports for TCO management and partner meetings. This includes high level rollup of project schedules and resources. Use the information from the monthly report to help identify projects that are trending towards a schedule slippage (versus baseline) or over running cost estimate. • Maintain reports as required by various FE team members, TCO management and Partners meetings. These reports would include S-curves, manpower histograms, efficiency information, slippage, planned verse actual data, backup data for cost reports, overall weekly & monthly reports.
Higher Degree Must have relevant experience of no less than 3 years Knowledge of Primavera, other planning tools and systems Analytical skills Good knowledge of the principles of planning and scheduling Kazakh, Russian, English– TCO English level 3. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
