Terms and Conditions
Supervise TCO Rail Operations on a daily basis.
Ensure and encourage the performance of work without injury or incident, in accordance with TCO OP principles and TCO safety rules.
Liaise with the Operations Coordinator, Station Duty Officer, train dispatchers and railway customers.
Ensure timely execution of exchange operations according to train movements and delivery of empty wagons to meet TCO's daily plan for shipment of oil, associated petroleum products, support the needs of primary production and major capital construction projects as required.
Ensure execution of TCO transportation plan to meet customer, Marketing department commitments
At least 7 years' experience in railway traffic organisation.
Higher education in Train Traffic Management and Railway Transport Management.
Detailed knowledge of the RK Rules and Regulations governing all aspects of railway operation and related activities for the maintenance of equipment necessary for the operation of the railway, i.e. locomotives and rolling stock
Proficient PC user
