Terms and Conditions
Work with Interface Owners to update the Conversion interface register with status of interfaces with other FGP teams, and ensure:
o Scope of interface issues that need resolution are understood by all parties.
o Adequate communication is taking place.
o Agreements are documented by the established need date.
Identify new interface issues that may need to be added to the register.
Assist teams in facilitating internal or external interface meetings as needed, including capturing and distributing meeting notes.
Manage data in interface RIMS to be able to run reports needed.
Develop and produce interface status reports.
Education (Diploma): Required.
Preferably technical or humanitarian education.
Relevant Experience: More than 3 Years in the Oil and Gas field.
Technical competencies: Familiar with Project Management Processes and good with computer software such as the Microsoft Suite.
Qualifications\Certification: 3 plus years of Oil and Gas related project experience.
Soft skills - Listening; Distincting and Distinguishing behavioral aspects.
Hard skills - Advanced user of Ms Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel.
Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
Advanced user of the Ms Windows OS.
