Consultant, Electrical

The main purpose and target of this position; OPS E&I Consultant is primarily responsible for providing Electrical and Instrumentation support within Small Capital and Major Capital projects within Base Business on all phases of Project Operations Planning. - Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze and make decisions in design and construction issues. - High level of knowledge in performing electrical installation and commissioning work and inspection control. - Working with design documents, schematics, drawings according to standards and procedures. - Coordinate and manage construction and commissioning of instrumentation and fire and gas detection systems on projects. (welcome). • Conduct and manage Project Operations Plans per project • Understand and work within the Management of Change process • Formulate the work group’s plan of actions according to set priorities • Extract the necessary information and determine the possible root causes of a problem • Make balanced decisions basing on assessment of situation and considering the consequences • Work independently without any external support • Explain to colleagues the importance of professional knowledge and skills

Education Requirements : Higher Technical Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English Level 2 Work experience: A minimum of 10 years’ experience with electrical and instrumentation equipment within large hydrocarbon process facilities with knowledge and experience in project development (CPDEP), design, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical equipment. PC knowledge and skills :Strong user of MS Office applications such as MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook
